Fitzgerald and her husband Edward Chase of Hingham, MA. Also survived by his cherished grandchildren Tara Durant and her husband Joshua, Brendan Chase and great grandchildren Mikayla and Joshua Durant, dear friends Fred and Patty Geier, and caregiver and friend Linda Adamowski. Predeceased by a son Michael Fitzgerald, brothers John "Jack" Fitzgerald and Rev. Neil Fitzgerald. Mr. Fitzgerald was born in New Haven July 27, 1934 son of the late Cornelius and Bridget Corcoran Fitzgerald. Edward retired after 38 yrs. from the New Haven Fire Dept.
