In New Haven October 24, 2012 Dorothy M. (Sullivan) Loukides 88, of Hamden. Beloved wife of the late James Loukides. Loving mother of James Loukides of Atlanta, GA., and Jane Condon (Vincent) of Woodbury, sister of Marion Chadderton of Orange. Also survived by her cherished grandchildren Darcy Condon Lockwood (Chris), Faith, Rory, Logan and Emmett Condon, a special niece Geri Wasilewski and several other nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. Predeceased by a grandson Shane Condon, brothers Joseph and Bartholomew Sullivan and sisters Ann Reynolds, Irene Ward and Helen McMinn. Dorothy was born in New Haven September 22, 1924 daughter of the late Bartholomew and Katherine (Mangan) Sullivan. Prior to her retirement she worked at Amity High School in the cafeteria for 26 years. Mrs. Loukides will be missed by her family and all that knew her. Her funeral will leave Sisk Brothers Funeral Home 3105 Whitney Ave. Hamden Saturday at 9 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Rita Church. Burial will follow in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
